The EB80490 is an 85 mm (3-3/8") GPS electrical speedometer / odometer with a stepper motor movement and PCB circuit design. Speed range 0–140 MPH, odometer up to 99999.9, with ±2% accuracy. Speed and distance data are acquired via satellite GPS signal, and the unit can replace traditional cable-drive speedometers, for heavy-duty trucks, commercial buses, and industrial equipment, in both OEM integration and aftermarket replacement applications. OEM / ODM customization is available on request.
Compliant with SAE J1059. Automotive-grade -40°C to +85°C operating temperature, suitable for long-duration transport and heavy-duty operations.
▸ Speed via GPS Satellite Signal
No conventional speed sensor required — suits aftermarket upgrades and Tier 1 OEM integration.
▸ Smooth Stepper Motor Display
±2% accuracy with a stepper motor — responsive pointer movement without jitter.
▸ Automotive-Grade Design
Complies with SAE J1059 and meets automotive temperature standards.
For GPS-based speed measurement on heavy-duty trucks, buses, coaches, passenger cars, agricultural machinery, construction equipment, forklifts, generator sets, and commercial marine vessels. Supports both OEM integration and aftermarket upgrades.
