Overview
MB82630 is a 52 mm Bourdon tube mechanical coolant temperature gauge (engine water temperature gauge). It measures engine coolant temperature directly through a Bourdon tube, capillary, and gear mechanism.
PVC capillary length is configurable to customer specification, with the probe end mounted on the engine body for direct temperature measurement. Intended for coolant temperature monitoring, aftermarket replacement, and OEM / ODM applications on commercial trucks, agricultural and construction machinery, generator sets, and commercial marine vessels.
Full-scale range 40°C to +130°C, ±3% full-scale accuracy, compliant with JIS D5605 and JIS D0204; storage temperature per SAE J1810. Automotive-grade -40°C to +85°C operating temperature, IP67 front-side ingress protection.
