Digital Instruments: Enhance Vehicle Efficiency

This category includes 9 SAE J1939 CAN Bus digital instrument clusters, with display sizes ranging from a 7-inch forklift cluster through 10.1-inch and 12.3-inch digital clusters, up to a 15.6-inch in-vehicle information center. The products are intended for OEM / ODM integration and OEM / aftermarket applications on commercial vehicles, buses, construction equipment, forklifts, new-energy vehicles, and hydrogen vehicles. SAE J1939 CAN Bus is supported across the series, with signal exchange to the engine ECU, battery management system (BMS), EV controllers, and emissions subsystems (DEF / DPF) — with applications covering commercial vehicle digital dashboard upgrades, electric bus cluster integration, and custom construction equipment instrument clusters.

Product Description

Overview

The EB89090 is an SAE J1939 CAN Bus multiplexing instrument cluster with dual CAN channels, using an LCM display module (active area 46.56 × 27.68 mm, 128 × 64 dots resolution). Engine RPM, fuel level, temperature, run-time hours, DPF status, DEF (urea) level, and 23 indicator lights are integrated on the display. Multiplexed signal transmission across multiple groups is supported via the dual-CAN architecture, enabling simultaneous processing of sensor and system signals from complex construction equipment. An AMP 35P connector is used; the front panel is IP65 rated. Applications include advanced excavator clusters, bulldozer cluster integration, wheel loader instrument customization, agricultural tractor clusters, and OEM / ODM projects for heavy construction and agricultural equipment requiring multiplexed signal integration.

Display layout, measurement ranges, alert thresholds, and communication parameters are configurable per equipment manufacturer specifications, supporting both OEM and aftermarket applications.

Key Features

▸ Dual-CAN Multiplexed Signal Processing

Dual CAN architecture receives and processes multiple sensor and system signals at once — for advanced construction equipment integration.

▸ Emissions System Monitoring

DPF status and DEF (urea) level display help equipment meet emissions compliance requirements.

▸ Heavy-Duty Job-Site Durability

AMP 35P connector with IP65-rated front panel supports long-duration high-vibration use.

▸ OEM / ODM Customization

Display layout, measurement ranges, alert thresholds, and communication parameters are fully configurable. Supports both OEM and aftermarket applications.

Applications

Advanced excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, agricultural tractors, and other heavy construction or agricultural equipment needing multiplexed signal integration.
