Overview
The KT575 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) 36-way high-density fuse box that combines conventional fuse protection with analog LED indication or digital current / voltage sensing (with CAN output) for real-time circuit status and fault reporting, suitable for low-voltage power distribution and hybrid-to-full-electric transition upgrades. Rated voltage is 12V / 24V DC, total current capacity up to 200A–300A (allocated across circuits), 36 fixed high-density ways, per-circuit rating 5A–40A (configurable), with standard blade (ATO / ATC), mini, or resettable PTC fuses (mixed configurations available), a UL94-V0 flame-retardant engineering-plastic housing and tin-plated copper terminals with optional waterproof design (IP67 / IP68), operating temperature -40°C to +125°C, compliant with SAE J2030, ISO 6722, or equivalent automotive electrical standards, with LED status indication and an optional diagnostic output. It integrates with EV harness architectures and is customizable for circuit layout, fuse type, monitoring level, and connector.
