Overview
The C8017 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) EV adapter harness for the battery management system (BMS) interface, bridging battery data, sensor signals, and control lines to the vehicle main harness. Rated voltage is 12V / 24V DC, current rating 2A–15A, with PVC insulation, and multilayer foil / braid shielding, operating temperature -40°C to 90°C, compliant with ISO 6722, SAE J1939, or equivalent BMS standards, using a sensor-integratable branch structure and vibration-resistant crimping. It integrates with the progauges EV BMS architecture and E-Mobility fuse box and is customizable for sensor count, shielding type, and connector layout.
