Overview
The C8019 is a fully customizable (OEM / ODM) EV harness for cell balancing, connecting balancing circuits through low-impedance, precisely arranged signal paths so each cell in a module can be voltage-equalized. Rated voltage is low-voltage (cell-equalization signals), balancing current 1A–5A, with PVC insulation, optional foil shielding, operating temperature -40°C to 90°C, compliant with ISO 6722 or equivalent battery-safety standards, using cell-specific crimp structures and a vibration-resistant build. It integrates with the progauges EV harness system and E-Mobility fuse box and is customizable for length, angle, connector, and crimp per module geometry.
